SURAT: Low lying areas of Surat are will be flooded by Monday morning as Ukai dam authorities started discharge of 4.25 lakh cusecs of water from 1.00am. The inflow in reservoir was recorded at 7.25 lakh cusecs of water which led to swelling of water levels to 342.50 feet in the dam.
